A-Sha Foods USA, maker of premium, air-dried noodles and snacks, is expanding its Hello Kitty Mochi Pancake Mix line with a new flavor: Banana Macadamia. This fluffy, mochi-style pancake mix with a Hello Kitty twist combines playful packaging with a flavor that feels both nostalgic and fresh, the company says.

Joining the Original and Ube flavors, Banana Macadamia is made with a gluten-free rice flour base and adds a nutty twist to the Hello Kitty Mochi Pancake collection. By adding eggs, milk, and oil to the mix, consumers can whip up soft, chewy, fluffy pancakes for an easy, fun breakfast at home, the company notes.

The mix is made in the USA, naturally gluten-free, and contains no artificial flavors or colors, meeting the growing demand for inclusive pantry staples.  

A-Sha’s Hello Kitty Banana Macadamia Mochi Pancake Mix is now available at Target.com and in stores.
