A-Sha Foods USA has added Hello Kitty Mochi Pancake Mix, a fluffy, mochi-style breakfast item, to its lineup of air-dried noodles and snacks. The new product is made with a gluten-free rice flour base.

By adding eggs, milk, and oil to the pancake mix, consumers can create pancakes for a breakfast experience at home. The mix comes in two flavors: the Original reportedly delivers a subtly sweet, buttery taste with a hint of vanilla, while the Ube adds a vibrant purple twist that appears after cooking.
