Product Snapshot: Ava’s Gluten-Free and Vegan Cupcakes are made with a proprietary blend of flours, including garbanzo bean, coconut, rice and tapioca. Consumers can choose from two vegan-only flavors: Cookies & Cream, classic chocolate cake baked with cookies inside, buttercream frosting and a cookie crumb garnish; and Green Tea & Ginger, organic Matcha green tea cake with ginger-infused buttercream. Four flavors are available vegan and gluten-free: Ava’s Chocolate, classic chocolate cake with baked morsels, buttercream frosting and a chocolate chip garnish; Classic Chocolate & Vanilla, classic chocolate or vanilla cake, buttercream frosting and a sprinkles garnish; Ava’s Vanilla, classic vanilla cake, buttercream frosting and a sprinkles garnish; Peanut Butter Cup, classic chocolate cake covered in chocolate ganache and peanut butter frosting; and Root Beer, classic vanilla cake infused with root beer, buttercream frosting and topped with a vanilla dollop.
