The Pizookie Platter, which lets guests build their dream dessert with a mix of signature flavors, initially debuted before COVID (March 2020), and was just re-released, with BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse locations starting to re-offer them on Friday, April 18. The suggested retail price varies, starting at $23.99 and with Michigan locations selling it for $27.49, and it ideally feeds eight people (or a hungry group of 4+).
Foodies and influencers alike are sharing their indulgent experiences, racking up over 60 million views and propelling this dessert to viral fame. The surge in social media posts hasn’t just created buzz—it’s driving real business impact, as sales of the Pizookie Platter have increased five times since the social media frenzy began, proving just how powerful digital word-of-mouth can be in shaping dining trends, the brand notes.
