Mosh, the mission-driven brand co-founded by Maria Shriver and Patrick Schwarzenegger, has launched a new vegan protein bar collection in honor of Brain Health Awareness Month, expanding plant-based choices for consumers. The new lineup features three flavors: Hazelnut Chocolate Chip, Peanut Chocolate Chip, and Chocolate Chip Cookie.
“We’ve always believed brain health nutrition should be for everyone,” said Mosh co-founder Patrick Schwarzenegger. “These vegan bars aren’t about replacing what we have—they’re about inclusion. Now people who couldn’t try Mosh before can experience what we’re all about, and our loyal customers get even more delicious choices.”
Mosh's new plant-based bars deliver the same cognitive benefits as the brand’s original whey-based collection, featuring scientifically-backed Cognizin Citicoline. Each bar combines Cognizin with Mosh's signature brain blend, including lion’s mane, ashwagandha, omega-3s, and vitamins B12 and D3.
The three new flavors showcase Mosh commitment to indulgent taste profiles, the brand says:
- Hazelnut Chocolate Chip - luscious cocoa and rich hazelnuts create a luxurious snacking experience
- Peanut Chocolate Chip - decadent, creamy peanut butter paired with rich, melty chocolate chips
- Chocolate Chip Cookie - wholesome almond butter base packed with mouthwatering chocolate morsels, reminiscent of fresh-baked cookies
“Brain health shouldn’t be limited by dietary restrictions,” adds Mosh co-founder Maria Shriver. “By expanding into plant-based options, we’re not just broadening our product line—we’re broadening our impact.”
Debuting during Brain Health Awareness Month, the plant-based collection reinforces Mosh's leadership in functional nutrition while expanding access to brain-boosting benefits, the brand adds. And like all the brand’s products, every bar purchased helps fund critical Alzheimer’s research through the Women's Alzheimer’s Movement at Cleveland Clinic—a partnership that has generated over $285,000 in research funding and supported two Mosh-sponsored grants to study the connection between nutrition and brain health.
“We listened to our community who wanted more options without compromising taste or brain health benefits,” says Schwarzenegger. “These bars show that you can have both—irresistible taste and real brain support. We're excited to welcome vegans and people following plant-based diets who couldn't try MOSH before, and give everyone more delicious ways to fuel their brain.”
The new plant-based lineup will be available at moshlife.com and on Amazon and TikTok Shop, with retail expansion planned for later this year.
