Insomnia Cookies debuts Cookies 'N Cream Collection
The limited-time snacks include classic cookies as well as "brookies."

Insomnia Cookies is debuting a new limited-time collection, which launched May 19.
The Cookies ‘N Cream Collection brings back the consumer-favorite cookie with some new twists that take it to the next level, the brand says. The lineup includes:
- Cookies ‘N Cream Classic: Insomnia Cookies’ classic cookie dough mixed with chocolate sandwich cookies and Hershey's Premier White Chips.
- Cookies ‘N Cream Brookie: A crunchy, gooey Cookies ‘N Cream cookie, made with Hershey’s Premier White Chips, baked into a fudgy brownie base.
- Cookies ‘N Cream ‘Wich: Consumers' choice of Vanilla, Chocolate or Cookies ‘N Cream ice cream sandwiched between two Classic Cookies ‘N Cream cookies.
