Parlor Doughnuts launches monthly flavors

The new doughnut offerings will rotate alongside the brand's permanent menu.

Parlor Doughnuts, known for its "Famous Layered Doughnuts," announced the launch of a new monthly flavor program that will introduce limited-time doughnut creations across all 100+ Parlor locations nationwide.  

The new monthly offerings will rotate month by month alongside Parlor’s signature permanent menu,  giving guests more flavors more often. The strategy behind the increase in limited-time flavors is two-fold: seizing an opportunity and staying true to Parlor’s values, the brand says.

In the ever-changing consumer world run by trends and maximizing experiences, Parlor saw the chance to improve the brand immersion by offering more flavors more often, it adds.

One of Parlor’s values is innovation, accomplished through various strategies, and in this case, new products.   

“We strategically brought innovation to the forefront in 2026 at Parlor,” says Justin Riat, chief growth officer at Parlor. “It started with the launch of our new Savory Doughnut line and continues now with our new monthly flavors. Our Guests are looking for more flavors, strategic partnerships and brand collaborations, and new takes on the classics, and we’re committed to delivering on that; both for our customers and our franchise owners who see this as a real opportunity to drive trial, local awareness, and ultimately Average Unit Volume.”   

Starting this summer, guests can expect new lineups inspired by the moments, moods, and celebrations that make each month feel different. Think bright citrus flavors that belong with late sunsets and lake weekends, rich caramel and spice combinations made for crisp fall mornings, and warm festive flavors for the holidays later on in the calendar, the company notes.

Each month’s featured lineup will be announced through Parlor Doughnuts’ social media channels, email communications, and in-store promotions. Select assortments will also feature a curated mix of monthly flavors and guest favorites, making it easy for customers to experience the full lineup in one order, Parlor adds.

June’s flavors 

To kick off the new three limited-time flavors at Parlor, the brand launched Banana Pudding, Strawberry Shortcake, and Key Lime Pie:

  • Key Lime Pie: Topped with tangy key lime glaze and sprinkled with graham cracker crumbs for a classic pie-inspired treat, topped with a dollop of whipped cream and a fresh slice of lime.
  • Banana Pudding: Parlor’s Famous Layered Doughnut is topped with smooth banana glaze and crushed vanilla wafers. Garnished with a dollop of whipped cream, a slice of caramelized brûléed banana, a drizzle of dulce de leche sauce, and topped with a classic  vanilla wafer cookie for a banana pudding-inspired treat.  
  • Reimagined Strawberry Shortcake: A new take on a favorite, the Reimagined Strawberry Shortcake is glazed with rich cheesecake and coated with sweet strawberry and vanilla cookie crumble, plus topped with a dollop of whipped cream and a fresh whole  strawberry.

Parlor has always worked towards a robust and innovative menu for their customers, it says, including the launch of Savory Doughnuts in January of this year. The Savory Doughnuts were met with excitement and even a sense of virality on TikTok, as patrons and new guests took to tasting the new flavors for themselves, the brand explains.
