Retailer Aldi has announced its selection of Aldi Finds for the month of February. The list of limited-time things includes several bakery items, snacks, and candies, as well as apparel, household goods, toys, and other products. The February items rolling out across the month included Aldi Bread Mix, Bake Shop Paczki, Breakfast Best Stuffed Waffles, Bremer Sandwiches, Priano Italian Style Cookies, and more.

PepsiCo's Cap'n Crunch cereal is releasing Mystery Crunch, a limited-edition flavor that invites consumers to become detectives and put their taste buds to the test, the brand says.
The cereal arrives with an unidentified flavor waiting to be cracked, and is available in two sizes (a 12.6-oz regular box and a 22.1-oz family size box). It is rolling out now across grocery retailers nationwide, including Walmart, Target, Kroger, Albertsons, and Dollar General/Family Dollar.

Krispy Kreme’s Winter Seasonal Collection kicks off a series of five limited-time seasonal lineups this year, each crafted to bring distinct flavors serving the seasonal tastes and comforts that people crave during the seasons and the holidays, the brand says. Available beginning in January for a limited time across the U.S., the collection features four all-new flavors: Caramel Dulce Doughnut, Chocolate Truffle Doughnut, Raspberry Cheesecake Doughnut, and Cinnamon Sugar Cake Doughnut.

PepsiCo Foods is giving consumers more of what they love: their favorite flavors experienced in totally new ways, the company says. The company is introducing Flavor Swap, a limited-time lineup that takes the most popular flavors from its brands and pairs them with unexpected chip styles. The lineup includes: Lay’s Sweet Southern Heat Barbecue on Cheetos Crunchy, Ruffles Cheddar & Sour Cream on Doritos, and Doritos Cool Ranch on Ruffles.

General Mills has released a slate of new cereals and granola snacks for the new year, and also has announced two returning flavors. The new products include: Mott’s Cereal; Ghost Protein Cereal x Cinnamon Toast Crunch, plus Ghost x Lucky Charms; Confetti Cheerios; and Cascadian Farm Organic Cookie Crunch. Returning cereal flavors include Banana Caramel Cheerios and Cheerios Cereal Pouch Multi. The granola lineup includes Nature Valley Cinnamon Roll Protein Granola; Cascadian Farm Organic Granola; and Cheerios Granola.

The DropOut Companies' frozen breakfast bagel brand Bronco has officially announced its exclusive nationwide launch at Target, rolling out with endcap placement in the frozen section across stores nationwide. Bronco is debuting with two signature flavors, crafted without seed oils: Turkey Sausage, Egg & Cheese (21 g of protein) and Turkey Bacon, Egg, & Cheese (15 grams of protein).

Mars' Cheez-It brand is expanding its offerings with the launch of Cheez-It Original Gluten Free crackers. The milestone marks one of the most highly requested innovations in the brand's history, bringing the salty, crunchy, cheesy flavor to the gluten-free community for the very first time, the brand says. The launch also leads a lineup of new snacking innovations designed to deliver new flavors, textures and more variety.

Dave's Killer Bread, Flowers Foods' organic bread brand, is updating its portfolio of better-for-you food for early 2026. DKB is launching new breakfast bars and expanding its line of protein and snack bars, plus snack bites. The bars are available in Boomin’ Blueberry Muffin, Strawberry Crumble, and Apple Cinnamon Crisp, and the savory bites are available in Fiery Cheddar Jalapeño, Shreddin' Cheddar, and Zesty Garlic Parm.

Lay's is rereleasing last year's winner of the Lay's Do Us a Flavor contest, Bacon Grilled Cheese. The flavor is made without artificial flavors or colors in both the original and returning versions. The new edition features even more bacon flavor, directly reflecting consumer feedback, for even more smoky goodness, Lay's notes, and is available in XL (7.75-oz) and large single serve (1.5-oz) sizes.

Synear Foods USA, seller of authentic frozen Asian cuisine, announced the retail launch of its Persimmon-Shaped Sticky Rice Balls with Black Sesame Filling. This seasonal offering is currently available at over 25 Costco locations across the Los Angeles region. This product represents a modern interpretation of Tangyuan, a traditional Chinese sticky rice dessert commonly enjoyed during festivals to symbolize togetherness and family reunion.
