Formerly known as the Annual Convention & Industry Expo, the 2026 RCI Candy Convention will take place June 8–11 at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, IN.

The organization also recognized outgoing board members Tyler Buffett of Buffett’s Candies (Albuquerque, NM) and Rhonda Dehn of Morkes Chocolates (Palatine, IL) for their service and dedication.

The winning confection combines smooth peanut butter with New Hampshire native whipped cinnamon honey and adds feuilletine for a light crunch.

Registration will open soon for Retail Confectioners International’s (RCI) Caramels, Toffees, and Brittles course, taking place August 12–14 at Wockenfuss Candy Company in Baltimore, MD. 

The conference offers expert-led education designed specifically for candymakers and chocolatiers with retail businesses.

The event will include with educational sessions, a two-day expo featuring industry suppliers, confectionery tours networking opportunities, and more. 

Chocolate Boot Camp is designed for both newcomers and experienced professionals in the confectionery industry. 

Following its convention this past June, RCI is looking forward to delivering another attendee experience for industry professionals from June 16–19, 2025.
