The bakery items that Hardee's will be rolling out include baked-in-house Blueberry Biscuits, Homestyle Breakfast Burritos, and Duke's Carolina Gold BBQ Hand-Breaded Chicken Sandwiches.

Vandemoortele USA has expanded its flagship brand Banquet D’Or’s line of authentic French pastries in North America with its new Biscoff-filled croissants, in partnership with Lotus Bakeries.

The new product offers 20 g of protein per bagel, and are available in two classic flavors: Plain and Everything.

Flowers Foods, Inc. has announced its innovation lineup for 2025, which includes multiple new products as well as flavor expansions on existing lines.

Pepperidge Farm, known for its baked goods, is adding a new innovation to the breakfast bread aisle: Caramel Brioche Swirl.

Each kit includes Reese’s Chocolatey Bread, Reese’s Peanut Butter, strawberry or grape spreads, and Reese’s PB&J Big Cups.  

The artisan bread brand is launching authentic German-style pretzel buns, sausage buns, and baguettes.

The Sara Lee Half Loaf line is available in three varieties: White, Honey Butter, and 9 Grain. 

The baking mix brand is introducing a line extension with Organic Chocolate Chip and Organic Blueberry Quick Bread and Muffin Mixes.
