The limited-edition cookies will be available nationwide beginning this month, while supplies last.

The new brand, which will retain the Maine Crisp product line, readies the gluten-free producer to introduce buckwheat-based innovations in additional snacking categories.

The launch follows the brand’s recent introduction of pizza with chickpea-based crust.

Rolling out at retailers across the U.S., Wonderful Pistachios’ new In-Shell Seasoned Salt flavor is a blend of savory seasonings accented with garlic, onion, and paprika.

The pastries feature chocolate filling, maple-flavored icing, and chocolate flakes.

Both flavors will be available nationwide in-stores and online starting in September.
