General Mills new lineup of cereals

General Mills is serving up four new cereals. The lineup includes Cheerios Protein Cookies & Crème, Nature Valley Cereal Honey Almond & Apple Cinnamon, and Cascadian Farm No Added Sugar Cinnamon Apple Cereal. All four cereals will be available nationwide starting this May, with select retailers starting to carry them earlier in April.

Entenmann's Mini Snack Cakes line

Bimbo Bakeries' Entenmann's brand, known for its variety of baked goods, has announced the nationwide rebrand of its Mini Snack Cakes line. The updates feature new branding graphics, a name change (formerly known as Entenmann's Baker's Delights), and contemporary packaging that leverages the Entenmann's logo to introduce more consumers to its offerings. The brand is also introducing two new flavor varieties designed to appeal to younger households: Iced Chocolate Chip Cake and Iced Party Cake.

Pepperidge Farm Caramel Brioche Swirl

Campbell's Pepperidge Farm brand, known for its baked goods, is adding a new innovation to the breakfast bread aisle: Caramel Brioche Swirl. Each thick slice of breakfast bread contains the aroma and sweet taste of caramel and brioche flavors, the brand says. Consumers can enjoy the bread toasted or not, and add their favorite spreads. The new product will retail for $4.69 per loaf.

Insomnia Cookies' new spring cookies, The Garden Collection, launched on April 8. The limited-time lineup features fresh flavors that capture the essence of spring, the brand says. The Garden Collection includes Lemon White Chocolate, Strawberry Lemonade Filled, and Carrot Cake Filled cookies.

Reese's Filled Pretzels

Hershey's Reese's brand has just introduced a new snack: Reese's Filled Pretzels, a crunchy, peanut-butter packed combo. The pretzel's filling is reportedly a thick and creamy peanut butter similar to the center of a Reese's. Reese's Filled Pretzels are rolling out nationwide right now in three sizes: 5-oz bags, 9-oz pouches, and 18-oz sharing-size jars. Pricing is at the sole discretion of the retailer.

Utz LTO lemonade-flavored potato chips

Utz, a U.S. salty snack brand, has teamed up with Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, the largest independent childhood cancer charity in the U.S., to introduce its latest innovation: lemonade-flavored potato chips. The new Utz Lemonade Potato Chips reportedly combine the tangy sweetness of lemonade with the classic salty crunch of Utz potato chips.

Pure Protein new bar lineup 

Pure Protein, a protein bar brand in the 1440 Foods' sports and active nutrition portfolio, is releasing a new line of nutrient-packed Pure Protein Ammaze bars. Launching exclusively at 7-Eleven and Speedway stores, the bars have 20 g of protein, 0 g of added sugar, and a blend of 10 vitamins and minerals. Pure Protein Ammaze is available in Blackout Cake and Strawberry Shortcake flavors.

BJ's Restaurant Broccoli Cheddar Pizookie

BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse introduced the Broccoli Cheddar Pizookie, which includes a cheddar and broccoli base, followed by a topping of melted cheddar and steamed broccoli with two scoops of mashed potatoes. The brand later announced this was a joke, and the real debut is its Snickers Pizookie—100% broccoli-free.

Kindling is introducing a protein-packed twist on classic pretzels. Available in Sea Salt, Honey Mustard, Garlic Parmesan, and Dill Pickle, Kindling’s pretzels are baked and free from artificial flavors and additives. Each serving delivers 8 g of protein, 3 g of fiber, and is made with 100% whole grain. Kindling Pretzels can be found on Amazon and select Costco and HyVee retail locations.

Mondelez International's Chips Ahoy brand is celebrating summer with the new Chips Ahoy! Chewy Ice Cream Sandwich Cookies. The cookie blends Chips Ahoy! Chewy cookies with a creme-filled center that reportedly delivers the flavors of a classic ice cream sandwich. The 9.9-oz packages are available now at Walmart and grocery stores nationwide, for an SRP of $5.29. The cookies will be available in stores for about 12 weeks.
